TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

My wife’s father passed away and he banked here so she had to make a appointment to obtain copies of his bank statements for the funeral home. The woman who was supposed to help her (Paulette) was late for the appointment, didn’t apologize and was rude to my wife for the remainder of the appointment. I will be taking this over your head Paulette.

Terrible customer service. Won't go into the details other than the fact that they have very inconsistent policies because of a parade of different tellers and managers over the years who don't communicate with each other. Even when their predecessors leave notes/instructions for future tellers/managers, they arbitrarily make they own decisions each time.

Needed to get cash out this past weekend, went to the drive thru and it had a message on the machine saying it was out of order and to use the inside machines. So parked, turned off my car and went to the door to find a sign saying the inside machines were closed after hours and to use the drive thru????? As I sat in my car trying to find another td location near my house which there isn't I watched 5 other customers do the exact same thing.

Don't put your money here if you ever want it back after you pass your kids will have to fight to get anything done even after they e jumped thru all the hoops and gone thru the courts. They will loose your paperwork and then they will lie to you about the estate department at head office and then you'll find out all the paperwork you signed to put everything into an estate account just vanished and nothing was ever done. The branch manager is an absolute horrid person who when someone is at their absolute worst after loosing a parent will scream at you, calling you every name in the book just because she can. Take your money elsewhere!Trust me this is going higher! Because it's horrible to loose someone but it's way worse reliving it every time you have to fight for something you wish your loved one was here to spend!

This TD Canada Trust seems to primarily feature their drive thru banking service. However, they also had indoor ATM’s that could be accessed at any time, and bank tellers during the week.The design here was modern, unique, and sharp. I would recommend this TD banking centre.

I visited this branch today with a ton of rolled coin. The branch was well set up for social distancing and everyone was super helpful. Despite the big chore of accepting so much coin the staff were patient and pleasanat. I was in and out in a few minutes. 10/10 :-)

Advisors never get back to you. Promise to do so but don’t. Way too hard to bank at the branch. All the effort is put online now so in branch service is not a focus. Too bad because that where business starts

Scott Elford is the best financial advisor I have ever dealt with. I meet with him before I make any major financial decisions and always feel confident about my financial future after getting his advice. Been my home branch for 13 years. Seldom had issues until Shelley brown left. Last attempt to get an investment loan the advisor I was given seemed incapable of even processing a loan. Spent 2 weeks attempting to resolve the issue finally gave up. Tellers are usually good but advisors not so much these days

My first time ever going into a TD and it was an awesome experience. My teller took the time to help me with my urgent need and made me feel welcome. And I do not even have an account there.Huge shout out to the branch off Mayor Magrath.
