He was my paediatrician until I was 18 and what a doctor! So nice to everyone. Involves the kids and parents equally in conversations. Also has the best techniques for painless needles. I’ll definitely consider taking my children to him in the future!

Horrible! Haven’t even met with the doctor yet just trying to schedule an appointment. Elenor the office manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She claims her office calls 24hrs prior to the appointment but when I said they didn’t she refused to reschedule my sons appointment. It took 4 weeks just to book an appointment. No respect no customer service. In fact she started to yell on the phone and I had to tell her that I do not respect her behaviour. It’s a shame because my family doctor referred Dr.Zajdman. Will not be going there and nor do I recommend this office. If we cannot even book an appointment properly, can’t imagine how they would service my child. I really hope DrZajdman realizes the staff he has working for him.

While he may be a good doctor, his office is extremely filthy. Holes in ceilings, garbage under examination beds, beds are rusted and worn down, kids area in the waiting room is dirty so as the TV that has an inch of dust on it. Sorry, took my children elsewhere.

Our family has taken 2 boys to this office for over 19yrs. Dr.Zajdman is a patient kind caring Doctor. Even when we have to other Doctors in his office they are reflection of his work ethic. Even one of his students amazed us in how much of a mentor he can be on young professionals. Office front Staff have always been accommodating. We moved out of Mississauga and never thought twice about leaving. Non negotiable.Highly recommended.Fineman Family (Patient 19+ yrs)

Dr Zajdman has been our son’s paediatrician for over 8 months now. I have never met a more patient, kind and knowledgeable doctor. I remember the first appointment we had with him it went for almost an hour. He asked us the entire medical history of my son, about his growth and development. He answered all our questions and addressed our fears. Not only that, he explained to us in details his medical observations, conclusions, recommendations. As parent you feel comforted having that knowledge. Having him as my son’s doctor is a blessing.

My kid has joindis, my family doctor sent a referral to this clinic, they call me and first of all so rude receptionist they have. Next, they say we have an appointment for oct 13, we are flying out october 11, the receptionist goes like change your travel plan, how dare her say to change my travelling plan, garbage clinic, please do not bother to go here. 3.7 rating is still bad. I hope it goes to 1.

Amazing doctor!!! If you are seeking a diagnosis for autism without a super long wait, this is your guy. We were given a written diagnosis, he printed out tons of paper work & information. Very compassionate, friendly & awesome with kids. There's TONS of free parking as well.

Dr. Zadjman is a stand-up professional with excellent bedside manner. He expresses care and interest in the well-being of his patients. I am thrilled that our child be under his watch going forward. Highly recommended!

Please FIX your elevator you guys are located on 3rd floor and with kids it’s not easy to carry car seats to see a doctor.It’s like torture given to parents by your building.
