CIBC Branch with ATM

We book appointment today to apply a rrsp for my wife the guard told us to sit and wait, we wait because they have a client we need to wait but bec. I need a washroom i ask them if they have a washroom but they told me that there’ s no washroom.there’s any consideration to ur client if possible need a washroom?

An awsome bank

Just wanted to say, the two ladies working the counter from approx. noon to 1pm today (May 22) were fabulous. Not usually one for reviews, but with everything going on COVID related and lineups, they were great. I don’t even bank there, was just in for a bank draft and needed a huge “rush” on it and they had no problem helping me out. They even had to deal with a less than pleasant client (likely pretty common in Lethbridge) and handled it exceptionally well! Thumbs Up! Thank you!

I went into the branch today and noticed a line 3 persons long and only one teller open, I thought it was going to be a long wait. It wasn't long however until I noticed people coming out of their offices and asking those in line if they could help them. I believe it was the branch manager who approached me and asked how she could help. It was moments later that I was in an office being helped by a very courteous person who helped with all of my requests in a timely fashion. Great customer service at this branch.

This BANK is the worst bank I’ve ever been to, I closed my account here awhile ago. But since being here in Lethbridge & going there too help my mother inlaw (she’s an elder) they have always & I mean ALWAYS given her problems they wouldn’t cash a cheque that was in HER NAME & made us wait there for almost 2 hours calling around making sure the cheque was real. Just today December 23 -2022 she went in too get a new bank card as she lost hers & they almost didn’t give her one & she showed them her GOVERNMENT ID & the lady still went & got someone too make sure that was her on the ID. This bank is Rascist towards our indigenous elders & people! Once she gets her money, we are closing her account & going somewhere else! Somewhere that respects & trusts her. If you are indigenous DO NOT BANK HERE!

Any bank in Lethbridge open Saturdays is a very smart bank. Why wouldn't you want to get with the times (it's 2017....hello?)? So 5 stars for you!!
