Wheelchair access? Summer picture shows access. Went in twice to ask for it to be cleaned and went back the next day and it still wasn't cleaned

My spouse went this morning at 9:05am and there were no buns for subs just stale day old. The staff member said it would be another 45 minutes for the bread.One hour later his friend went in an the bread still was.nt ready. WHAT Happened to the good service?

I have to say it was great. The people were very polite. Almost to polite. I made a mistake and said it was his fault, that customers are always right. I td him perhaps most of the time but not this time. Ver nice to be served by great people.
