I ordered a taro milk tea from here off Uber eats.I was very disappointed, it had no flavour and was very watered down. The tapioca was also over cooked. This was not worth the price, especially with the Ubereats markup. Very very disappointed.

I thought it was fantastic. I had a strawberry, banana, and mango smoothie and it was really yummy! The staff were really friendly and nice as well. Would definitely come back again and try more. All the flavors looked so good!

We walk in and there are many customers before us and so we wait patiently respecting the employees. We then order. A new employee was taking our order, I believe she was getting training there. And so she takes our order and we wait for our drinks, usually when there are other employees there, they are very nice. We wait about 45 minutes just for two drinks and there were multiple customers waiting as well and I’m sure for much longer than us. And so I ask them how long it will take and the new employee said “about 5 minutes” but we end up waiting for longer than 5 minutes. There was this asian girl training the new employee (unfortunately I was not able to get her name) and so I ask her; I’m assuming she’s the manager there; and so I ask once again how long will it take. She says “our printer isn’t working so we can’t see the orders. Wait.” with SOO much attitude. She starts pointing at the printer harshly when she had said that. And then she rolls her eyes and mumbles something. She was extremely rude. If I worked there, I would’ve personally found a different way to serve the customers. If I was in her place, I would have taken each persons order on a paper instead or asked them and made the drinks. It is super simple to make. It doesn’t take more than an hour to give a customer a drink… the employee than slams my drink onto the counter. Terrible customer service. I don’t recommend going to this location.

Decent place for some bubble tea options and they have wide choices of all possible concoctions. The price is right and the service is quick and the folks behind the counter are very friendly and professional. Good place to stop by if you are craving bubble tea!

I ordered brown sugar milk tea and it was yummy but there is a new girl(tall girl with highlighted hair) working there she don’t know how to behave with customers I don’t have any issue with the drink but the way she talk looks like she need training in customer service this happen second time with same girl. otherwise you guys loose the business. Other girl works there and other staff all are good i went there all the time. Also she throw utensils in the sink very badly.
