I have been dealing with Riverside Equipment for about 8 years now. Service when I needed it has been excellent. Parts have been super. Decent prices and quick to get the parts when they do not have them in stock.Friendly and courteous. Over the years, I have bought one snow blower and one lawn tractor from them and am very pleased with everything. Warranty issues and out of warranty repairs are always done promptly and for the out of warranty repairs always done at a fair price.

I recently purchased a Husqvarna Zero Turn mower, not from Riverside Equipment, not for lack of trying. they did not have the mower I wanted in stock and were not able to tell me if and when they would so I purchased my machine in Moncton because they were willing to talk to me and had one in stock. I had a minor problem with the machine which was fully covered under warranty and needed to have it repaired. Riverside is an authorized repair center for Husqvarna and are obligated to offer warranty service on Husqvarna equipment no mater where it was purchased so rather than take it back to Moncton my dealer told me to take it to Riverside and they would look after me Boy were they wrong! Chris their Service Manager has the worse customer service I have ever encountered. I called ahead and made an appointment to drop it off, when I arrived he told me to unload the machine somewhere out back but not near the bay doors because it would sit there for a week before they would even look at it. I asked him to come out so that I could show him what my issue was in detail and this is what he said to me Why would I do that" I was floored I could not believe that a customer who had just spent thousands of dollars on a new machine would be treated that way. I realize that I did not purchase my machine there but they are supposed to be representing the manufacturer of the machine I purchased. When Chris told me that they would not even look at my machine until the following week I asked him to let me know if there was any possibility of it being done by the end of the week he told me if I was prepared to pay the bill he could make it happen. I took that to mean they he would bill me personally and also bill the manufacturer

well that was a fresh change 4 years ago i had a bad expereance with riverside with falty warranty work but today pricinging parts to compare them to the manufactuer they seem to have done a 180 4 years ago they would rush you to get off the phone now they exsplain everything to the Ti might give them my business back

In January of 2022, I sent my blower to Riverside, (for a $50.00 pickup delivery fee), as it wouldn't start and needed a new belt. The blower was returned to me with the same issues although I did get a new belt. When I contacted Riverside, and explained I had the same issues with the blower, I was told they would have to look at it again another $50.00, which I questioned, was told by the clerk, he didn't pay the bills. He was correct, he doesn't pay the bills, the customer pays the bills. I feel they were not interested in honoring their work and after selling my blower learned the new owner had to redo the work I had paid for. Needless to say I have a new Ariens blower that you can be assured was not purchased from Riverside. They lost a loyal customer for over 20 years.
