Amazing experience at Verona Bridal. Dresses are amazing and there is something for everyone. Helena from the very start has been so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing has been too much trouble. Have been to Verona twice now with Helena and purchased my perfect dress today! So happy to be working with Helena as she is such a professional.

Helena was my stylist and she was so lovely! She knew what suited me before I did myself. I tried around 10 dresses and kept coming back to the same one. I couldn't be happier. Their shop is stunning and dresses are to die for! My dress arrived and was so perfect. I had the best wedding memories thanks to Helena and Verona Bridal

From the off, my experience at Verona bridal wasn’t a good one. I was about 5 minutes late for my appointment (we had to travel a long way to get there) i tried to ring up to let them know and had no answer. When we arrived we were kept waiting another 5 minutes because she was with another party and the first thing she said to us was she was expecting us and such and such time. She then failed to introduce herself, ask who my guests where. After very brief questions about my wedding she started pulling dresses and barely give me time to show her ones I’d seen online (most of which they didn’t have even though they were advertised on their website and socials). The whole appointment felt very rushed and impersonal. It was my first time dress shopping, I left extremely disappointed. She didn’t even take the time to pin me in properly. Kept disappearing during the appointment and just kept telling us she was back to back all day. Then whenever I was in a dress I liked I felt very forced into saying yes because that dress ‘might not be there if I come back’. the carpets where lifting in areas. Overall extremely disappointing and not what you picture as your first time dress shopping! Social media presence is not all what it seems!
