Rishard is a great guy and very trustworthy and experienced mechanic after getting multiple quotes for a timing belt replacement on our Ford Ranger we settled on RZ as he seemed much more knowledgable and very reasonable also did his best move things around and accommodate us quickly. The job ended being far worse than smooth but nothing is to much trouble for this guy. He worked late to get it finished and the final cost was much more reasonable than I ever imagined. You are in safe hands with this guy and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Can’t say better things about this shop. The owner is honest and trustworthy, and the prices are extremely fair. I’ve had so many bad experiences with other mechanics , but I’ve finally found someone I have 100% faith in. I am now a loyal customer for life !!!

Rishad was absolutely incredible. Easily the best automotive repair experience I’ve ever had. He confirmed for me that other mechanics were overcharging me, found me the most reasonable parts my car needed, physically showed me what’s wrong with the car and explained to me how the parts worked and what was wrong with them, and charged me an extremely reasonable rate. It was about half of where everywhere else was quoting me. Normally I’m a bit worried about being taken advantage of as I’m a woman and quite honestly know nothing about cars - but I will definitely be back to see Rishad anytime I have any concerns with my vehicle. The service I received was emaculate. My partner also mentioned a small issue his car was having when we went to pick my car up, and Rishad offered to take a look at it right away and decided he had the time to make that quick fix promptly. Just incredible. People weren’t joking when they called him the best mechanic in BC. Thank you, Rishad!

Amazing service..!!!!!!!!!! I have been going to RZ Auto Services for over 15 years. RZ Auto Services is hands down the best automotive shop I have ever been too. Rishard is a top-notch professional mechanic. He knows how do deal with any brand of car. He is very clear and honest about what it will cost. The owner of this shop takes great pride in his work and goes as far as showing you photos of what he does and discovers upon his services being a mechanic and tow truck driver myself I do all I can do help the situation when sending my car into the shop for a job that may be out of my hands and have had great results so far a honest and very reasonable priced service Also notice he’s always open a little eariler making it easier to drop my car off before the shop opens he’s done some great work to my Honda prelude thank you for everything!

I've been bringing my car to RZ for several years and he simply continues to be the best. I agree that he is definitely the best mechanic in BC. He is very fair and provides good solutions. He tries to accommodate customer needs quickly and is responsive to concerns. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

I have known Richard, the owner of RZ Auto for upwards of 8 years. Its the only place I feel confident sending my mother to get honest work done on her vehicle. He has worked on my Honda and helped me work out complicated issues, as well as saving my mom thousands of dollars on a new vehicle under warranty that had a serious engine problem. I would recommend RZ Auto to anyone. He is awesome. I have never heard anyone talk about a bad experience from Richard.

Highly recommend to take your vehicle to another mechanic for the second opinion, before doing business here.Long story short: took my car for the diagnostics here (transmission problem, car was not driveable). After just 5 minutes of diagnostics transmission was sentenced to be dead, and I got repair price estimation of approximate 15 hours of labour (1500$) + up to 1000$ in parts.Decided not to do business with them, took the car to another mechanic. At another shop transmission was fixed within 1 hour and just 200$ (fluid leak, found the source of the leak and replaced all TF).

This shop is amazing!My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for a few years now after trying several shops that left us feeling like we were getting hosed.RZ auto is always professional and honest with diagnostics and prices. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
