Joke of a website completely wasted my time and patience. Tried to setup an appointment as a new patient specifically through all the Surrey side and it ended up booking me an appointment for a Vancouver clinic. I got the call after an insanely long wait time ON THE DAY it was meant to happen telling me it was booked for wrong place and no use to me. Thanks for wasting my time.

Highly recommend this clinic. Doctor Jeff Chan is very professional and patient - takes time to explain the issue and is very thorough. The receptionists are very accommodating and clear with procedures/instructions.

Called this clinic and booked an appointment, explained my situation and told I was asked to request a referral from a sleep specialist, they refused to provide one with lost of BS reasons that the specialist confirmed. I then tried the online walk-in service where I finally reach a compassionate doctor unlike all the other in Surrey who are only in it for profit and do not care one iota for their patients. I am fed up with immigrants who come to Canada just to exploit it.

No way to have a consult without appointment.I was the first on line but the doctors were fully booked.I was with walking limitations and chose to go to this place because is beside my place.They could do more for me, like taking my number and calling me if someone decides to cancel any appointment.

The clinic is super convinient. The receptionist is very accomodating. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. Dr Chan is very friendly and helpful and really took his time to explain the problem with me as well as the treatment options. I highly recommend this clinic.
