My primary dealings were with Kevin, Sales Manager.I was very impressed with his knowledge, understanding, guidance and honesty. We called Kevin to come and assess our basement for what we thought was water coming in through our foundation. Kevin indicated that it was only moisture build up since the house was unoccupied for a few months and air was not circulating. Kevin could easily have told us we needed to have work done, but instead he offered other suggestions that we could do ourselves to see if the smell and moisture improve over the next few weeks. He was honest and forthright and was professional and personable. We were very impressed.

Fantastic team and quality workmanship. I strongly recommend hiring Quick Fix. They provided a quote but were flexible to some additional points that I missed mentioning, from a previous waterproofing job I had done a few years ago.The team tied in their new work to the existing older work, very cleanly, and provided an additional service to merge jobs. I had three quotes, and they were not the lowest price but they came highly recommended from a few friends who had previously had work done, and I now join my friends in recommending this company to anyone else. High quality, and hidden extra value when you don't expect it. The crew did an exemplary job.
