Super fun place for the kids to blow off some steam during summer break, they have a BOGO deal for Thursday’s and we took advantage of that and bought our tickets online. The staff kinda seem rude and stand-offish like they really don’t want to be here plus there free wifi sucks so don’t plan on doing any work here unless you have access to a hotspot (it would not connect while sitting on the couches up in the jump area) they recommend you jump in bare feet but you can buy grippy socks too. Overall a good place just as the parent wish the wifi was available.

Great space for the kids to burn some steam and reasonably priced. .. had a bd party here recently for my daughter (20 kids),… and after 8pm on Saturday nights, the facility shuts off the lights and it turns into a glow party… awesome time… other than we were double booked and had to pick another date however it didn’t interfere with the guests. Customer service isn’t great, but she loved it and at the end of the day we all had a good time

We hosted a birthday party for my 11 year old son there. Staff were friendly and attentive. The kids had a great time and it wasn’t too busy on a Thursday evening. There were a few areas that could have been cleaned better but overall a fun place to go. Will go back.

This place is so fun for everyone of all ages! Everything was clean and staff were super nice! Only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because the foam blocks were falling apart, definitely think it's time for some new ones!

Kids had a lot of fun here, it was a great way to spend a rainy day.Love the comfy couches for parents to sit at.Only downside it was super busy (but it was raining) and older kids were pushing the smaller kids around and they were getting hurt.. But it couldn’t have been too bad they want to come back

Kids always have fun here! We were a little early for our reservation and they let us in! Apparently the jump socks aren’t a requirement but the kids like to wear them. Lots of places for parents to sit while kids are jumping. Weekends are super packed!

Again with places to bring your child on their own, with a couple friends or celebrate a birthday this place will exhaust your kids. The place is huge! Big comfy couches, trampolines like crazy. Table area with your own table for gift opening and birthday cake. Bring your earplugs though because with the crazy high ceiling this place is REALLY loud. Really busy. Fun for all.

Just visited Launchpad south Edmonton today with our 3 kids and they loved it! The customer service was excellent and the facility was clean. My kids had a blast! We will definitely be back!

Awsome place to hang out and play, they even have some professional grade trampolines leading into the foam pit!! There’s some super cool features like rock walls, dogeball zone, basketball nets, play zone for kids and so much more, definitely recommend this place

Its a nice place to go with kids or by yourself to do some physical activities. Really good when its winter and not much to do outside. Been there twice, and my experience was alright. Trampolines were in good condition, safe, Washrooms were clean. Food was expensive. Their sponge blocks were not that clean. Overall its a good place to be to spend some time.
