Waited in the CAR WASH line up for 20 mins without the line moving, so I went to help the person at the front of the line who was likely having issues typing in their code. The gentleman told me that the code box wasn’t working so he buzzed for help, and was told by an employee that she’d “be right out”.20 minutes later, I phoned the Esso to ask when someone would be coming out to help and was told “my manager should be here soon”!!! I said to her “oh she’s not even here?“ And she “said no she’s on lunch”.For a car wash that’s been regularly out of order/broken/not working properly (for at least five years according to other reviews), they might consider having extra staff on hand.

Since when did “close at 6pm” become close at 535 to clean the car wash? If the vet leash needs to be cleaned 20-30 min prior to closing then the car wash should close at 530! Not 6? After purchasing a car wash I’m told sorry we need to clean it so I can leave to go home in time? There was 2 employees that I seen an presume more in the back, this is not the first time I’ve been told this. I suspect the owner wouldn’t appreciate loosing customers so there employees can go home early ?? Very disappointed won’t return

Car wash is totally unreliable. Last night I arrived at 8:10pm in need of a car wash before morning. It was closed. I inquired with staff and was told that it closes at 8pm because they are required to have 2 staff on duty for it to operate and their 2nd staff member is done at 8. Irritating. But, resigned the facts I returned tonight at 7:20pm, well before the reported closing time and sure enough it was closed. Abysmal service.

Stay away. The staff is lazy and really don't care about keeping or helping customers. The car wash is closed without any signage stating that. Then when I returned my prepaid book of car wash coupons the manager said I already used one even though I didn't. I've been going there for years. I told the manager I would never come there she could care less. Manager and staff have the same attitude.

Regular gas station. Can pay at the pump or inside. Same price as everywhere else. Car Wash closes earlier then I expected. My regular place is 24 hours so I guess that's normal for me. Easy enough to maneuver the parking lot and there's a few places you connect to without going back onto the street. Came back 3 months later. Car Wash looked open. The gas pump sold me a ticket. They closed the car Wash while I was pumping. Not to impressed but the ticket is good for 6 months and I come to town once a month. But the cars still dirty.

Visited for the carwash service. Pretty affordable and I didn't get my car scratched so that's a good thing

Poor customer service. Been there couple of times just to buy the seasonal car wash coupons and the lady who worked at night and the manager was super rude every single time.I purchased the seasonal car wash as they promised the expiration date on it is no big deal and they can replace it anytime of the year. Today i went in and the manager told me once expired there is no exchange of newer coupons.There just provided a false promotion and i did not get a coupon or my money back.
