Worst experience ever. Apparently some of their staff doesn’t care their customers. A teller Myra gave us an annoying and patience-less face when we request a receipt to just show she did the transaction correctly.When I asked for making sure send me the survey as I’m very disappointed with her service and attitude, she shake and waived her name tag to me and not even bother to apologize to her behaviour. Question mark on RBC customer survey?! Since your staff not even care to receive a complaint, do you really take action on these SURVEY? NEVER EVER SEE THIS ATTITUDE BEFORE W RBC IN PAST TEN YEARS ! If this is how RBC trained their staff right now, I will be more than happy not been your customer anymore. GOOD LUCK!(Thanks to another financial advisor helped us by the end)

My first time to visit this branch and was impressed by an advisor Mark Z to have my new account opened. He was very courteous, patient and helpful to explain the terms and conditions. I am thinking to transfer some more money from my other usual bank, as I don’t like staff pushing me too much, but I found Mark who was different. I felt very fortunate to have him helping me with his professional skills and good manner.

Patient and great help in helping a solution to fixing my problem on my online banking issue. She even bothered to ask her coworker for a 2nd opinion

Staff aren't empowered to solve issues. Everything here seems to take longer to process than at other major banks. Staff were speaking a foreign language while handling my case, clearly there was an issue but I stood there while they didn't communicate it to me.Took two branch visits to resolve a single, simple issue, that they even thought I should have been able to do online. When I asked what was going on they briefly went back to English and then returned to another language... Just unprofessional for a bank...

Horrible people. There's an agent named Chris, and he is a liar. He lied about a plan, and got me to sign-up and later we found that the just lied. Also, he put wrong address. I waited a long time, and the card never arrived. His manager said he just made a mistake, and does not care about the client's time, money, experience, etc. I hope there's a special place for people like these in hell. They are the one that made the mistake, but acted very annoyed when I pointed it out.

I go 10:30 AM long teller waiting time . I go 2:00 PM long wait- always 20 mins ish - Worst RBC branch I been to.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Leo helped us opened an account. The process was efficient and smooth. Aliaa Elkhashab was very helpful and patient with my tedious asks. Thank you.

As a business owner myself, my experience with the staff here, even management has been nothing short of abysmal. If I knew this beforehand I'd work with a different branch for my business. Please do yourself a favour, avoid this branch at all costs as their service is terrible and their urge to want to help you as a loyal customer" is truly disappointing. I waited for 20 minutes, no teller was available. Only 2 working at the time. The manager should come out to help with the long line of clients. I left because I don’t have time to wait any longer. This location is the worst. Management should address this issue.

It is a shame that I can not give negative to this branch. The turnover here is so high and no one cares, I don’t come often, but each time I came here there are some new tellers don’t know what they are doing, and the old tellers are even worse, they don’t know what they are doing and have shirty attitude. Last time when I finished my transaction, they don’t even have receipt paper for me, what a mess! I heard many people told me that rbc is so bureaucratic that management only care about grabbing the clients’ money and getting promoted, they don’t give a shirt about getting the service right. If you don’t believe this, come to this branch. Management here should all fired.
