More like 4.5 stars. Drs Anand, Ghambir & Dhami are all fabulous. Unfortunately I can't get taken by any as my family doctor at this clinic which is disappointing. I've been to this clinic for years and often can't get an appointment or walk in for a simple throat swab.The front desk staff are abrupt at times, even answering the phone Yeah?" When picking up.Does anyone know where Dr Dhami is opening her own practice?"

Dr.Howie is a fantastic Doctor and treats you well with care and expert knowledge. The secretarial staff, however, at this clinic are impossible to deal with. From a poorly functioning website that errors out when trying to make an appointment - telling you to call them in person, but then the receptionists scold you for not making an appointment online, despite telling them of this error. To the phones not being answered in a promptly manner and treated incredibly rudely when they do answer. If my Doctor, whom I love, was not here I would never visit.

Dr. Howie is the best doctor I have ever been to. He listens to your problems and gives thorough advice. He's super understanding and goes out of his way to explain your diagnosis with detail. Never in a rush and always helpful. The receptionists are always busy but find time to get the work done. If they are too busy, they offer to call back with the information at a later time. They always try to get you in as soon as possible and try to help in the best way possible! Thank you Colebrook Medical Clinic for all your help!!

The doctors are fantastic, never had an issue with any of them. They listen intently and give you your time.The medical office assistant are a different story. I fully appreciate that they are a very busy clinic. There is no consistency in what they you on the phone (told a doctor was covering mine for in person appts then told there is coverage a week later). They don’t want for you to answer when putting you on hold. Been hung up on quite a few times.I think it’s time they get outside help to improve the front staff and have consistency.

Wow I usually only write the occasional review when service is above and beyond, but as a new client I have to say I’m seriously considering looking elsewhere. I have nothing to say about the doctors as I’m sure they are wonderful. However, it seems like I’m echoing everyone else in saying the staff has got to go. Talked to a girl on the phone who sounded like she was probably 18. She was incredibly lippy to me, rude, and lectured me about how my need to reschedule my appointment was taking away from other clients even though I accepted the cancellation fee without argument and was apologetic that something had come up. She also called me 3 consecutive times and sent me 2 texts while I was trying to do my own work. I thought this was also quite unprofessional (call once, leave a message, try in another hour or so).The $100 cancellation fee felt like money well spent to get that girl to leave me alone.Note to the owner: Maybe instead of replying to all of us that you’re sorry you should get yourself some more professional and polite staff or you’ll be losing a lot of clientele.

Dr Stockburger is an amazing doctor. He makes me feel heard and is very caring and attentive. I have never had a negative experience with any of the staff and they have been amazing to deal with as well.

I have been referred to Dr. Kateryna Vostretsova by a former family doctor who retired and I am glad she did because Dr. Vostretsova is an excellent example of a physician and human being. When my former family doctor retired - I requested my now family doctor (Dr. Benjamin Baby - who is as well an excellent doctor) for a referral back with Dr. V for my ongoing severe allergies to dust/dust mites.Even as she is extremely intelligent and have extensive training (which unfortunately make s few specialists smug and intolerant of questions that they may deem irrelevant) - she listens emphatically and compassionately to a patient's concern/s - regardless it be just about the condition one comes to her for but also other health conditions that may have a direct or indirect effect on the treatment protocol I am currently on with her. She is kind and caring which makes for comfortable visits and consultations. It can be nerve wracking to speak to a specialist but she makes it easy. She has a calming presence and caring demeanour. She gives the BC health system such a good name.

Found a new family doctor for myself here. Had an appointment and walked straight into an exam room after talk to reception. The staff were polite and very helpful.

The only reason this isn't a 1 is because of how good Dr. Stockburger, Sherry at the front, and one other MOA who I can't recall the name of, are. Every other interaction I've had with the front staff, especially the office manager, has been tolerable at best.I received a VM, from the office manager, that my medical forms were ready, but due to short staffing they couldn't fax them to the number that is literally on the bottom of the forms. Instead, they want me to drive over a half hour to pick them up, after charging me $50 for 5-10 minutes of work. So, I called to request if they could please take the 2 minutes to fax it, as I can't make it out there today. Held for over 90 minutes before I finally gave up, without ever speaking to an actual person. This is far from the first issue I've had with the front staff.I've been a patient of Dr Stockburger for the better part of a decade, and I'd highly recommend him. The other doctors I've dealt with are great, but if front support staff is important to you you may want to look elsewhere.

First of all, this is the BEST clinic in the area. The online booking system worked very well for me. There are plenty of availability when I booked right time (24 hrs booking window). The receptionists are absolutely kind and helpful all the time. Dr. Nahal is our new family doctor and she is amazing. She diagnoses accurately and fast. She listens to our concerns and quickly sends referrals to appropriate specialists. She even phoned me after meeting and let me know she would send an additional referral for my child just in case. Now, I hope she will stay at this clinic long time. I saw Dr. Stockburger as well for the first walk-in. He was great as well.
