This store hands down best service!! Had a hard time with the customer service of one of thee other Mobil Kliniks. I usually don't even do reviews but literally had my phone fixed in 4 days of calling to order the part for my phone. Would highly recommend and will be back if I need another repair!!

If you have kids and smartphones or tablets you will want to take a note of this place. Unfortunately I’ve had to bring a couple of devices to them and they were extremely helpful. After one repair I had a sticky ‘home’ button on the iPhone and they serviced it again for free, with no hassles. I have tried the Kijiji screen repair people in the past and it has never worked out well for me. After experiencing a professional operation like this I would never go back to Kijiji to save a couple of dollars.

Back In December I brought my defective PlayStation 4 to the Bedford location, they confirmed what I already knew that the DVD drive was defective as it was no longer recognizing disks. It being a week before Christmas I decided to delay the repair until this week. I brought the unit in again to get it repaired. Within an hour of dropping it off, I got a call from Kevin, the store tech. Nothing wrong with the drive now, it's working fine with all disks in the store! Picked it up, no charge and brought it home and so far so good! Thanks for the honest business practices guys as they could have easily replaced the drive which was defective until then and I'd have been none the wiser. It's nice to see a store that treats its customers fairly. The guys instore are always so polite and helpful too, good job!

They forgot to add my screen protector after my screen replacement installation and upon breaking my phone… and trying to peel off the screen protector that was supposed to protect it and crack first before my screen… I noticed it wasn’t even there! Which made my main screen break because it wasn’t protected by anything…! And then when I asked via chat they did nothing about it… good service at first but they didn’t honour the mistake they made!!
