Cdn Tire 261-8 June 6:12pm. Bought a gift card displayed near customer service cash. My wife and I were lectured for next time, this is for returns as she processed our purchase. We were the only two waiting. Princess had an attitude problem with seniors?

I have never been to this store or Nova Scotia. However, I was looking for a replacement part that was only sold by Canadian Tire. I literally check the website and specific locations across Canada, from British Columbia all the way to Nova Scotia. The part was discontinued and the inventory was incorrect at nearly all locations except this store.To make things worse, I couldn’t order and have it shipped to another province as I was more than 100km away.I took a chance and called the store manager to see if he can do me a favor. I asked if he could PERSONALLY ship the part to me if I ordered and requested a self pick up.After seeming a little perplexed with my question, he said I’ll get back to you in a few days.Once he confirmed the part was there, he helped get it shipped to me in Ontario.All I can say is how grateful I am for his customer service and kindness to help me get the part that I needed.You couldn’t ask for anything more from a customer service perspective. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars!

I do not know how it is possible, but it gets worse with every visit. No cashiers ever open. The only person on cash is on the return desk trying to do everything on her own. CT corporate should can this franchisee and take over the store.

Over 2 months ago I ordered a 6V AGM battery @ over $500 for my camper trailerI realize it takes longer to get items nowadayswhat I’m mad about is I waited months for it to come not able to use my trailer at allI happened to go to the store today and a very nice man helped me find some automotive items I was looking for I told him about the battery order taking so long and he said that seems weird so he went out of his way to check the computer for me he could not find the order under my name & phone #, nor my husbands he could see I was getting frustrated & said he would check the backroom for me and lo & behold it was sitting there and no one had contacted me, he apologized for something that was not his faultI find this really unacceptable and was it not for the service I received today from a lady & gentleman at the desk I would not have returned to you store ever
