Literally the BEST U-Haul location I've ever used in my entire life. I could cry tears of joy I had such a pleasant experience. You would have to be absolutely INSANE to even consider using any other location. Esther, Elyse and Kristen are all extremely knowledgeable and super helpful! :)

My fiancé and I picked up our mini mover cube truck this morning! It was a fast easy process and the lady at the counter was peachy! I didn't catch her name but she had beautiful long blonde hair and was very helpful and clear with the process! Also we were surprised to find out, you only need to be 18 to rent from uhaul, as we are a young couple we thought this to be brilliant as sometimes rental companies will charge extra when you are under 25 years old. Making it difficult to be an adult before 25 ;). Thanks uhaul!

I have used this location several times and have always had a great experience. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I've never been disappointed.

Elise is awesome customer service. She is so friendly and helpful. Made a stressful situation feel much much better.

I did not rent the truck. But I help with a move. The tires were bald, exactly what you need when there is a lot of snow and ice on the roads. I would not recommend this location.

Worse service I have ever seen, in any city or country. The track was very dirty, it was smoked inside and full of ashes, not vacuumed. I called 5 days in advance to book it and when I came to pick it up afternoon (as arranged), they told me that I need to return it by 8pm or in the morning (that is not 24 hours rental). I came at 7:30 pm, no one was in the office; I waited more than 5 min and when she came she told me that it is too late, she doesn’t have time to return it. On the door it said that they are open by 8pm and she told me that afternoon to return it by 8pm (It was misleading). She did not want to open the gate to park in their parking that is gated; we parked in front West side but the sign on the fence behind said that we can't park U-Haul track there and will be charged extra but she also told us that is OK to leave the rental track there (everything was misleading). I asked to check with the manager and even the manager said that we can leave it where we parked and they will process it in the morning. I had to ask 2 times where to leave the keys and hardly got the answer to leave it on the counter. Really, nothing was clear or easy at this U-Haul. I hope that you don't have the same experience. I will never rent U-Haul again.

My wife rented a uhaul for our move. We had a hard time picking up so we spoke with the online assistance TWICE and still couldn't just get the keys and go home. After we got through to the first online assistant... the website said that there was an error. So we called the toll free number and waited to get a call back for 81 minutes later, only to get hung up on without speaking to anyone once it rang. This has been the effing worst experience. Most stressful move I have ever gone through. The online attendants have both now reset the time zone, and we are sitting here waiting at 11:10pm and still do not have a truck. We are now sitting at 'your truck rental is currently under review, please can't with an agent. It has taken us 2 hours and 14 minutes to get to this point. The truck was arranged weeks ago. I will not ever rent with Uhaul again and you shouldn't either."
