I had such a wonderful and positive experience bringing my cat here to be groomed. The staff is kind, patient, and great at their jobs. It was our first time bringing our cat to be groomed so I was pretty nervous, but the staff answered all of my questions and were super reassuring. There were several large dogs being groomed who were barking, so the staff took our cat to a back room so she wouldn't be overwhelmed/scared. This definitely could have been a traumatic experience for her, but the staff kept her calm and made the experience positive for her. They also did a wonderful job bathing and grooming her, and were very attentive to what we wanted and what she needed. My cat has allergies so we weren't sure if she could do a regular shampoo, so the staff offered to order a hypoallergenic brand for her (it wasn't needed but I really appreciated the offer!). We also requested a sanitary shave but we weren't sure how much we wanted shaved, so the staff did a small shave and when we picked our cat up they offered to take off more then or at a later date if we weren't happy with the shave. Overall had a wonderful experience and will definitely be taking my cat back here! It's hard to leave your babies somewhere new, but I would definitely recommend Trims & Tails as a fantastic option for pet grooming. They really care and do a great job! Thanks from me and my cat!

Over the years we've used a few groomers for our dogs. This place is by far the best. Top point is they're really great with dogs. Don't know about cats but probably great as well. Our dog is prone to anxiety and fusses a lot being groomed. When I asked, they said he was an angel :-D Our dog was quite dirty and scraggly going in and they did the most awesome job on him! We are all very happy and already have another appointment made in a few weeks.Viva Trims & Tails :-D

Trims and tails did such a great job with my golden retriever! She has always been afraid of big store groomers but she did so well at their location, had a big grin on her face when I picked her up! They also told me about the accommodations they made for her with the blow dryer. She doesn’t like it on her face area, so they put her in the crate dryer but also practice a bit with the blow dryer so she would gradually become used to it. Super impressed! Have already booked again.

Very professional and know what they are doing!! They have a puppy package so took my gsd pup in for first groom and it went great. He was so soft and looked handsome in his bandana! ..plus he actually let's me brush him without biting the brush too much now! We will go monthly now for nails! Thank you!

Danika is absolutely phenomenal with our two Dachshund (12lbs and 8lbs) They are always so happy to go and get pampered. Plus they leave looking so adorable!! Thank you again for amazing service!!

Brought in my difficult dog jasper and they did an absolutely fantastic job.Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. My dog liked it very much too!

Brought in my private foster dog for a good nail clipping and grinder. She has never been to the groomers in her 6.5 years of life and Morgan did so great. She was a little resistant with the grinder but over all good and was loved right away which helped morgan trust the environment she was in...Thank you trims & tails she really needed the nail filing. She wont get the grinder at home so I will definitely be bringing her in again soon so we can get her nails fully back on track.

Highly recommend Danika & Zandrea at Trims & Tails. They absolutely pampered our 12lb Dachshund and cut and trimmed her nails with a breeze, something we had great trouble doing ourselves. Will definitely be going back and bringing our 8lb pup as well! The friendliest staff around, amazing job!

I was nervous bringing my 7 month old puppy in for his 1st grooming as he doesn’t love to be handled. But they took their time and he came out so soft, happy and handsome! I will definitely be returning!
