TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I have had nothing but great experiences when dealing at this TD branch.I recently dealt with Aarti and Aman and both of them went above and beyond to help me through what could have been a very difficult time for me.Thank you everybody at TD!

Amanpreet Singh Bamnia Financial Advisor is the only AF available. He lacks acknowledged and professionalism. Emailed me close after 9:00 pm the night before my appointment to cancel which I waited about a month for.I responded by email twice and contacted him multiple times and he never responded then I went into the bank to reschedule. I asked not to have Amanpreet however I had no choice.His reason was that he fractured his leg and could not respond or have anyone respond on his behalf.During my meeting my toddler (2 year old) was upset. I told him that I only had an easy question that I couldn't get answered without an appointment.I forgot my ID, he said he couldn't see my information without my ID he was unable to log in to my account to answer my question.I explained the type of account I have and he kept confusing it with another type of account but acted as if he could see my information and knew for certain that I was wrong.He repeated that he could not give me money today. I wasn't asking to withdraw money and made that clear.Probably the worst Financial Advisor I've ever met with.

That rude young India teller is probably vaxed guys just let her be that's punishment enough.

Sooooo busy. Went on a Monday around 3:30. Service was sub par, not the best branch I have been to. 3 star is pretty accurate given the long wait time and service.I would recommend using their drive through, pretty quick. There’s no front reception to tend to quick questions, that may solve the problem of some people waiting for simple answers. Cheers.

Nice bank. Big parking lot so no problem there. There is also a drive thru ATM and good lighting at night. There are two entrances. One on south Fraser and one on Gladwin.

Dear JENNIFER, calling other staff fat, asking me to disclose why, (knowing clearly that I am a plastic surgeon) rudely and way out of line, asked me why a patient would pay me 7k. Were you just upset that I make more in an hour than you do in a month? Not once did you even identify yourself. So, I released your recording for others to hear your teenage attitude and have reported you and the recording attached to the report to head office. Not the TD experience I have had for almost 20-years.TD is way out of your league…you have embarrassed yourself so far in front of 28,761 people. oh and just to add… TD maybe since half yur comments are about the horrible service a representation JENNIFER brings too your branch and this is only a few people literally taking time out of their busy days to bring this to attention and I am NOT AT ALL surprised by others having the same feeling. I don't think anyone deserves to loose their job in hard times like this, but if she isn't demoted and removed from a management position, then I am personally going to see to it that she is, once you hear the recording you will clearly understand why I feel so strongly about this and will expect a post soon about her in the back filling toner and serving coffee to the great staff I have always enjoyed going too

Savy at the front desk was able to solve very efficiently an important matter for me! He has high capacity to underatand his customers needs and he is very knowledgeable! Excellent job!

I have been with td for close to 30yrs now. They have never offered me anything. I fact I went in once to ask about a credit card. They turned me down and said ask someone else, so I asked Scotiabank. Scotia gave me a credit card no questions asked. Scotia has sent me many offers. At TD today to deposit 2 government check TD would only deposit 1 and told me I have to wait 5 days for the other to clear. I am going to switch banks to Scotiabank.

I actually love this TD compared to the others in Abbotsford. I find the service to be far more pleasant and the branch managers enthusiastic and full of energy
