Sales staff are friendly and helpful, but I wouldn’t trust a safety from this place. Definitely bring it in to your own mechanic before buying. Whoever does their safety passed my car with a cracked windshield extending well into the path of the wipers (should have failed safety). Owner did fix the issue when I brought it up. But I’ve had the car not even 2 months and the rear brakes are metal on metal, rotors are tore up and calipers seized. One rear brake isn’t even functioning because of it. Had the mechanic actually assessed the brakes it would have failed. Too bad because the staff are great but it concerns me that this car was allowed to pass safety. I thought the brakes were bad when test driving but was told that it was from sitting on the lot. No way, it won’t pass safety not even 2 months later in another province with those brakes.Edit: owner did contact me and paid the cost of the rear pads. Service staff are great- still recommend an independent mechanic take a look before you buy. Owner did say he’d speak with the mechanic who passed it on safety.

I do not have a great credit rating but they worked hard and got me an amazing rate despite my history, these people really try hard for you, I am truly grateful for all their help and love my new little car.

I just bought a car through Daleo Motors, and I must say the service is pretty great.They are very busy, but you never feel like your the next person in a revolving door and take the time to make you feel important. Very welcoming, professional and walk you through all the details and try to help you make the right decisions when purchasing a car.Followup service by Kyle and Trina is also outstanding, my car had an unforeseen and undetectable issue that rendered the car unusable. They had it fixed and back to me within the same day, and kept me updated on everything that was going on. Would Recommend this dealership to anyone.

This is my second vehicle from Daleo Motors. Both of my experience have been great! The owner is great! The manager Trina is the best! The staff at their Main Street location is great. Words can not express how happy I am and great full I am to of had such great people help me get into this my vehicle. They all work so hard. And they also listen to what you want out of a vehicle and make it happen. I am a life time customer and will be sending all my friends and family there when they are looking to buy their car.

Just took my car off the lot and couldn't be happier. Trina at the Barton St. location was so very helpful and was able to help me get a car in my situation. Very understanding and sympathetic. I can't say enough about how friendly and personable the staff were. I would absolutely recommend this dealership.

Trina was fantastic in getting me a car that worked for me. Very easy to deal with and friendly atmosphere. Car did have an issue after I took it home but they were quick to fix the issue, Felice came to my home and took care of everything. Thank you!
