Aston Carter is very different from other recruiting companies out there. I was connected with my recruiter, Tiffany Chiu, and she's the best one I've worked with. Tiffany has tried her best to help me with my job searching, and she continues to do so with my progress at my new job.

There are a lot of recruitment agencies in the lower mainland but my experience with Aston Carter has so far been the best. No other agency comes close to provide the care and communication you receive from Aston Carter. My recruiter Tiffany went above and beyond making sure my profile was up to industry standard, communicating any issues as we moved forward. The overall process was very smooth and I'm grateful for the effort the Aston Carter team put into my profile. I first started working with Brendan from Aston Carter about 2 years ago and my experience with everyone there has only been excellent. They are by far the most responsive recruiters and I have worked with A LOT of different ones. They placed me at my current job 5 months ago and Ata is still following up and trying to help in any way he can. Even the temps they placed are great people and I just refer everyone to them! With some recruiters, you know they are really trying to fill a role that you are not even suited for, but it doesn't feel that way with Aston Carter.
