Your local watering hole. Great prices on drinks. Not the greatest atmosphere. Awesome if you have kids playing or practicing at East End Arena and you want to grab a quick beer with the hockey parents while you wait.

I am a regular at the karaoke night or at least I was. Wont be any more due to the fact that as a patron asking for a new Pepsi (I am the DD) and we had already been there for a few hours. The waitress come to the table three times bringing others alcoholic drinks but continued to ignore my request for another Pepsi. I might add that they continue to charge DD's for their non alcoholic drinks all night long if they choice to drink more than one glass. That isn't right as restaurants don't charge for pop refills. Something needs to change about their staff and that drink possibly.

It's okay. Nothing out of this world. Drinks are reasonably priced. The best time to visit is in the later evening. Get to see the exotic dancers of winnipeg.

Best place if you're looking for a small-town feeling dive bar experience. Owner and staff are friendly as can be.Chinese food is incredible.

The staff here is incredibly friendly. The karaoke on Saturday nights is filled with tons of fun characters and they are well organized and have a great selection of songs. The drinks are cheap and the restaurant is decent.

I love the staff and bouncers re very laid bck and nice. The witnesses are always friendly and warm. Definitely tje place to go for a relaxing no drama fun night. I wish more bars treated peoe lile they do. 5 stars

The panny is awesome, but if you are looking for a classy time, it isn't it. Good arcade games, slots, and billiards. There's a dance floor, good prices, and it is just a good time.

The Pandy is the Best Place to go to have a Great Time in Transcona. The Owners are Very Nice, Friendly People. The Staff Members are Friendly, Good People & the Service you receive is totally awesome.
