Had the pleasure of dealing with Tina today and I have to say one of the best Customer Service experience I’ve had in a long time. She was efficient, empathetic and all around a thorough professional. Thank you Tina!

Nada and her colleague Shaima were really helpful today while assisting me with opening a checkin account. They walked me through all the steps, verified my IDs. Also the branch manager stepped in to welcome me to RBC. She sounded humble and had a great smile, way to go guys.

Pretty much happy and satisfied with the services provided to me at this branch. Staff member Kanchan Mehta was so humble and patient to answer all my questions and she also guided me with her great suggestions. I truly appreciate her dedication to provide excellent customer service. She even missed her lunch time.

Rbc customercare is rubbish. Thay reall don’t care about their client. I called rbc customer care for 5 times ad they didn’t solved my problems. But they gave so much headache.

I switched from TD Bank to RBC hoping for a better experience and I was very wrong. I called and asked if I need an appointment to come in and verify my identification they told me no after waiting almost 30 minutes in line they told me to go home and book an appointment. They didn't have the availability for me to come in for an appointment... so I figured I will just use online until they do then they froze my account to where I couldn't even access my money online through the app. And now they're telling me that they have no availability for me to come in and confirm identification. This bank is an absolute joke nothing but problems. I'll definitely be emptying the account and going back to my old Bank once I'm actually able to verify my identification finally who knows when that will be.

I came over their without any appointment and they help to open my bank account and also help all of the condition in detail.

I booked an appointment at this branch as my credit card was not working. I had an appointment with Angad. On the day of appointment I received a call from a lady from that branch saying that my appointment is cancelled as Angad is on sick leave. She gave me Angad's contact number and told me to contact him and reschedule the appointment. I sent him text message, he didn't reply, I tried calling him for 2...3.... days but neither him nor that lady picks up the call. So, I had to book another appointment which is after 21 days from the original date of appointment.This is ridiculous. If an employee is on sick leave then branch should make arrangements to take care of the appointments. Its is not fault of their customers, why should they suffer? What if someone cancelled their other plans for this appointment. Who should be responsible?We are not jobless, that we are available at any time you give us. Its branch's duty to take care of their customers.Worst branch.

Worst experience, they are such a fake people, very irresponsible, don't know how to do work. They give you wrong details so that you can't reach them. Very bad experience

Service at this branch has gotten worse over the years… there are not enough tellers to serve the clients… TD branch next door is fully staffed… i better switch bank now i guess…
