I can't say enough about the great staff at Reddart.Jan helped me, she is prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. ( I grilled her about pricing and some other details and she didn't hesitate with educating and helping me) Their customer service is really second to none.They keep a record based on your phone number so you can easily find the same size and model of clothes or boots that you bought before.Very Covid safe feeling in the store, they wear masks and keep them on.Oh- on top of that you're not going to find a cheaper place for Carhartt, I'd even checked Amazon and thought it was cheaper but wanted to buy local and the karma paid off because they don't advertise their discounts on the website so I paid less than amazon.Added bonus- they informed me I had a 50$ credit because they have a loyalty program!Ha! One more thing is the discount rack. Don't forget it - my wife and I came out like bandits and it's right at the front unlike most stores that bury it in the back.So far- 3 pair of Carhartt Rigby pants, a sweet Tough Duck plaid jacket, the most comfy work boots Ive ever owned and a few shirts and thermal underwear from the discount rack.Don't miss out on this place if you need any kind of workwear.

Had a great customer experience with the help of Jan. I was a bit disappointed that Red Wing Boots weren't carried anymore. Jan had full confidence that I would enjoy the Royer boot I was looking at instead.3 weeks of use and I love them. I love how lightweight these boots are, I can thrash around in ankle high puddles.I would highly recommend this store and it's products for people who value quality in their footwear. Thanks guys!

Excellent service by sale member, Adam. Checked my feet and provided an analysis with 3 shoes to choose from with excellent comments on each pair. We were in and out of the store within 1/2 hour. Had a strange defect in boot but had thrown out box I was worried about being able to exchange them .I was able to swap them out hassle free excellent service highly recommended!

A couple of months ago, my boyfriend was having issues with one of his boots he purchased not so long ago, and as we live in Victoria we had to make the trip up island to get them dealt with. We were a little hesitant as exchanges don't always go so smoothly, but the staff was amazing! They were so helpful and accommodating to the issue at hand. Everything was dealt with in a professional kind manor and we left the store feeling happy and well taken care of.

PSA TO WOMEN The only option for women's pants are the carhart leggings. And the wall of “unisex” pants. Women’s bodies are built different than mens. I’d really like to see in the future a change where they bring in carhart women's pants. I want to support local. I’m disappointed. Lovely girl working though!What a terrible reply from the owner. Just bought some new work boots and custom insoles at Reddarts, customer service was unreal the staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable.... The best range of top end boots around I reckon, I'll definitely be returning in the future and recommending them to anyone who needs new boots or workwear!They also have device that gives you exact measurement and weight distribution of your foot so you can choose the right boot\insole which is hugely important of your on your feet all day. Go check them out you won't be disappointed!
