Our STS trip was amazing. Mark helped us to plan and edit our trip as fit our individual needs. He was very accommodating and understanding of what our particular group required. The trip itself went well. The guides and transportation were high quality, well trained, very knowledgeable and passionate about their country. There was someone to meet us at the airport, take us on all our excursions and then take us back to the airport, making sure all we had to do was make sure our group was together. We enjoyed our trip so much we are planning another one with STS Tours.

In June 2019 we traveled with 25 students to Poland, Germany, and France for an 11 day World War Two, Juno Beach 75th anniversary, and Holocaust Memorial Tour using STS Tours as our Tour Company. The tour was fantastic. All of the travel plans were customized – we saw what we really wanted to see, and nothing of what we didn’t want to see. The tour was private – we weren’t lumped together with other groups on buses or in hotels. The hotels we stayed in were centrally located and an easy walkable distance to attractions and markets to let the students safely explore the city without ever having them too far away. The hotels were also of excellent quality - comfortable, clean, modern, and nice without exception. The tour was brilliantly planned, transitions were easy, everything was fun and interesting, and it had the right balance of activities and free time. What made it better than the larger tour companies we’ve worked with before was the customization – not just the activities but the whole tour itself! We weren’t stuck on a route that was already planned, we chose our countries and cities. We didn’t get bumped or lumped with other groups. We weren’t stuck in a hotel way out on some highway with nothing to do in the evenings. The whole thing was exactly how we wanted it AND it was exactly $500 per student LESS expensive than the big tour companies. We will be using STS Tours from now on. What a fabulous experience working with STS Tours! As a teacher, I have worked with them on school trips to New York (3 times) and London, England. Our school has travelled with Sts Tours more than 10 times to both Canadian and American locations . All Tours have been absolutely phenomenal. The planning which goes into every event on the trip is extraordinary. This tour group definitely understands what it is like to plan trips for students. I have had the privilege to travel using STS tours on two major trips. I have found their staff to be a great resource to the amateur and experienced traveller. They organize trips to your specific needs and will pass on any savings once the date arrives back to your group. I really appreciate the local, one on one, personal style of service. They get to know you and you get to know them. Once on a tour they are but a call away should you need them and their contacts in other cities are extremely professional and provide your group with the best tours and historical information. Mark with STS was awesome for our high school NYC art trip. He was actually present in NYC during the whole tour, and happily joined us on some of our activities. The trip went perfectly, and he was great at helping us make changes to our itinerary for bad weather. His enthusiasm and knowledge made our trip that much better.
