Shaun and his team did a wonderful job putting in our pool. One of my requirements was to not damage some of the plants that we have in our back yard and to use a conveyor system to remove the dirt, which they did to perfection. For those reviewers that complain about slow feedback and responses yes that’s mostly because Shaun (i.e. the owner) is on site supervising and actually working, so if you can be patient then they will do a great job as they did with our backyard.

Shaun and his team are amazing! We got our pool installed in August 2019 and it was completed in the promised time frame. Guidance has been amazing on how to manage our pool and equipment. Thank you Aquascapes for our beautiful backyard oasis!

One of the best pool companies around. Aquascapes has been servicing our Beechwood neighbourhood pool for years. They are professional, helpful, and responsive when emergencies come up (which they do, every year). Shaun is fabulous to deal with, and he has a great team (especially Dan, who knows just about everything there is to know about pools). Aquascapes also has Dee at the front desk, and she is knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't imagine dealing with a better pool business!

I used Aquascapes for 3 months before letting them go. They never returned my voicemails, e-mails or called me back when they said they would. On at least one occasion they didn't even service the pool and never left a note or called to explain why. Worst of all, they couldn't keep the pool clean and never gave me a reason for this either. While the owner Shawn and the receptionist were always very nice, and Shawn in particular was very informative, the complete lack of communication was unacceptable to me.

Had a metal problem in the water which made my pool turn purple. I consulted with 2 other pool companies for help and they just threw chemicals at me to line their own pockets. Aquascapes took the time to explain the process to resolve the problem. Their staff was very professional and compassionate to help us get our pool back in balance.
