Customers should be prioritize first…. Need to hire more people. Only two girls working. One of them taking orders and making it. There was a long line up while the other girl was making fresh orange juice all this time. Should be a team work and need to work fast because we can not wait 20 mins for one drink.You should prioritize customers first.

Terrible experience, I have been waiting for ever for someone to take my order. We were 2 clients waiting to be seved. The 2 girls who were serving, they didn't even looked at us. When I asked if anybody was serving, they ignored me. I decided to leave .If this is the way to run a business by ignoring your clients good luck. I don't recommend this place!

Very Disappointed! I always liked the smoothes from Freshly Squeezed at Square One location but not any more being very transparent here. They always used fresh fruits to make smoothies but this time they used artificial juice with ice and crushed them together to make smoothie and that's it. It tastes like water and juice. I got, strawberry banana, Tropical, and pink punch! There was zero fruits in them. I am not sure if this is their new way of making smoothies if yes that's so sad :( I can put juice with ice and drink at home! I couldn't post picture unfortunately to show you!

Now they have line up of clients, so their quality has gone down. Somebody asked for carrot juice I could see that carrots were not even washed and person was making juice without gloves on hand. Lady on cash was kind a rude. Ealier with less clients they focused on quality now with more clients they are getting busy so they are forgetting about quality.

If you don’t get a receipt drink is free. Cashier did not and kept trying to deny me the free drink. He tried to make a big deal in the mall to embarrass me and even spoke Hindi to another customer to say I am trying to get a free drink. Haha. It’s your policy bonehead. That’s the cost to pay if you don’t provide a receipt. Management better train their employees better.

I ordered a medium-sized beets and carrot juice, which is hard to execute in terms of taste. Surprisingly it tasted amazing. Fresh and not too bitter. They don’t have lots of staff working currently, but that’s understandable due to the situation the food industry is undergoing.

I ordered mango-colada smoothies as well as Mango Bubble tea, well it’s my first time experience with bubble tea but it was so bad.I should mention about staff as well they are so co-operative and good but reviews are all about product is not as expected.They added more topioca.I was not get the taste of or even mango.They are saying about freshness but so bad.Location is very good and eye catching.The presentation of product impressive. Packing and all.

The large juice size cup is absolutely horrible. It’s cheap and not sturdy. The juice spills out from the top and it has spilled from even holding it just a bit tighter.PLEASE CHANGE YOUR LARGE CUPS!Other than that the juice is good but super dissatisfied with the cup and pricing. You’re putting $12 juice in a cheap bottle.
