From the moment the receptionist answered the phone you could tell customer service was not a priority. She was unhelpful, condescending and rude.

I saw Dr Anderson in person for a thyroid issue when he stated that my thyroid nodules would not shrink on their own and go away and that removal was a pretty good possibility.As this issue was a surprise to me, I was nervous with his comments and lived a few months on edge until my biopsy … which, fortunately, showed no cancer.When Dr Anderson called to let me know this, he was rude, abrupt and must have forgotten what he had told me when he saw me in person.He ignored my concerns regarding difficulty swallowing, sleeping and the fact I am concerned about eating and sleeping … he brushed me off and hung up 2 minutes into his call to me.I will seek help with my GP and naturopath and forget Dr Anderson and his flippant attitude towards me.I will advocate for myself and get to the bottom of my issues without any help from him as I am not important to him unless my nodules were cancerous.

Dr is very good! Just wish the receptionist wasn’t so rude!

Dr.Anderson is the best neck and throat surgeon. I am very lucky to be referred to him.Very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated.

Absolutely the most rude receptionist I have ever met. When I first called to make an appointment you could tell she doesn't want to be there. When I went in for an appointment it was family day and so most of the doors were locked and so I called to get directions on how to get into the building. She was extremely rude, condescending and refused to believe that the doors were locked. If you don't want to do your job, stay home. Don't take it out on other people for no absolute reason.

Dr. Anderson is an excellent surgeon. I have required two neck surgeries to have growths identified and removed and have had the good fortune of having him perform both procedures. On both occasions, Dr. Anderson instilled confidence that I was in very capable hands. I very much appreciate his calm demeanour, his attention to detail and his skilled workmanship.

Dr Anderson is one of the most compassionate and caring Thyroid surgeons. I was very pleased with his competence and gentle manner.

I had two surgeries performed by Dr. Anderson on my neck and throat. I never had any surgeries before but after my experience with Dr. Anderson I believed I was blessed to have him taking care of me.

As soon as the receptionist answers the phone she immediately sounds like she doesn’t want to be there, isn’t much of a help and is just rude. I haven’t been in but just on the phone. Careful when talking to her because she will shut you down if your problem doesn’t seem like her problem. If you want to work as a receptionist in health then maybe be more caring for those who maybe coming around later.
