We had our red oak hardwood floors done last week (I must say that the red was very tenacious - to say the very least) by Marty and Bob and I cannot stress enough how good this duo is in every aspect of their work. They answered my MANY questions and wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the end product. They are extremely meticulous and genuine which I really appreciate (not to mention that they love dogs). Great experience with Bernie and Marty. Refinished the main floor of our home with excellent results, we are very happy with the quality of the work. Our floors look fantastic, actually much better than the original installation. Bernie came back to do a couple of touchups after a couple of days, no problems at all and said any further issues just give him a call... very reassuring and welcome customer service. These guys are professionals... you won’t be disappointed.

I can truly say that Bernie and Marty and team are super-professional in every way-- truly high quality work and craftsmanship, and a personalized service that can only come from a third generation, family-owned business. Bernie was very patient in assisting my wife with the stain colour (more than I was!). She loves the colour of the floors and the newly finished stairs are beautiful. Gregg's Flooring recently replaced our kitchen, dining, bathroom and hallway flooring and did an amazing job! Our main floor looks great and has really updated the feel of the house. I have only great things to say about the team who replaced our floors, they were extremely responsive, professional and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. I would definitely recommend them!

Wow such a talented and efficient crew from start to finish. We were so surprised to get a reasonable quote to refinish our white oak floors and they were able to fit us into their busy schedule within a month of contacting them. Once we gave 10 percent deposit Bernie confirmed and gave us directions to the next steps and how to prepare the area by moving the furniture. Then we got to meet Marty, the son, and Bob who were professional and worked great as a team sanding, buffing, and applying the stain. It took less than than 3 days for them to refinish 500 square feet and it looks stunningly beautiful. We initially met with multiple flooring companies in order to get the best quote/service to refinish the hardwood floors in our home. We decided to go with Gregg's Flooring after reading the rave reviews and meeting with Bernie for an estimate. He was honest, thorough, and answered all of our questions. What also influenced our choice was the fact that this is a family owned business with over 30 years' experience in hardwood flooring services. It took about 3 days for Marty and his colleague to complete the job. Throughout it, they kept our home clean and were very informative and responsive (letting us know when we could come back home, how to keep our floors protected, etc.). On the last day, we had a few questions. Marty was quick to answer and to resolve any concerns we had. He was extremely friendly, polite and professional. The overall end result was superb. They completely revived our hardwood floors. We are very satisfied and will most definitely use this company for our future flooring needs.
