Excellent customer service! I called Jim at 7pm on a Wednesday; I didn’t have water pressure and knew my water filter needed to be changed. He tried to help me troubleshoot before he arrived. He got here by 8:30pm as he had to finish another job, filter changed, great consultation, water pressure, I’m one happy customer! Will definitely use this company again! Plus he gave me $25 off as a first time customer. Will definitely use this company again. Thanks Jim!!

I wanted a faucet installed in the back of my house. This required quite a bit of plumbing work in the basement. Jim was responsive to my initial call and came out a few days later. He was friendly/professional and completed the job quickly. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and honest. I called for a possible leak and he was able to for me in that day. I will be using this service for all my future plumbing needs.My second experience with this company has been a pleasant as the first. I needed repair for a leaking tub valve. I called around and again their price was the best. One company said the repair would take half a day to fix. Jim was done in an hour and a half.Do yourself a favor and call these guys first.
