We had our water lines freeze and living up the Arm it was difficult to get a person who knows the systems. I was firstly surprised that they were open as other I rang were having a snow day....Great advice and as it turned out we fixed the problem before we had to brave the weather and go to the store. Thanks for your help

Very polite and helpful. As I'm not a plumber and my knowledge is very limited, they did their best to help me with a solution to my fix. Thank you from me and pacific asset management.Another great visit today. Needed a couple of fire line caps after they were stolen for scrap metal. They sent me to their Vancouver shop. It supplies fire and safety equipment. They had exactly what I needed. Very inexpensive. Thank you.

You will find every things that is related to plumbing here, even parts and tools that you can’t find in Home Depot or Lowes. Professional personnel with great advises are offered. The only down side is they don’t sell small sections of pipes or things for minor repair

Had to get there before 4 pm gave them a natural gas shut off valve, said I need one of these, brought me 1/2 by 1/2 female valve I said I need a 1/2 by 1/2 mpt by flare gave me a 1/2 by 3/8 flare. I went to site and realized wrong part went to wolseley cause emco won't answer phone at 3:50.Went back for refund a few days later. No refund and lots of disrespect.

Marie-Ann at this location is the best. Incredible customer service, always answers your call, fixes any problems you may have, always goes the extra mile. Don’t deal with anybody but Emco.

Very helpful and knowledgeable team, BUT Very disappointed !!! After spending thousands of dollars they wanted to charge me $100 fee for an emergency sale!! Yes $100 extra , on top of a $25 item.... unbelievable .... very upsetting

They go out of their way to ensure you have what you need when you need it and if they do not have it they will hop on the computer or phone and source it out right away. There are couple guys who works in north van location are very knowledgeable and they always go extra mile to help the customers but my experience was completely opposite in Emco Surrey location 128 St.

Chris at the HVAC branch is fantastic to deal with, he's always quick with my orders and even goes beyond his job to help out, I pulled in and he had the box ready for me and even carried it to my Van. Thanks Chris!! Business owners take note, that's how you keep a customer.
