It has its ups and downs, however over all everyone is helpful and mostly works together to make the Customer happy. A good place to work .Just to add in, I have been with this company for 15 years now and can honestly say that if you are an honest worker and are respectful towards others, they have been amazing during this whole Covid-19 issue. They have created a safe work environment and are flexible with the needs of the employees and their families.

Work is not the best at McLame EngineeringWas a welder at this place for under my 3 months by a few days it was good for awhile to work but 1 particular guy Chris is a tough one to work with when he shows up, overall an alright place to work but would not reccomend.

If you want to buy there products then it's great. If you are an employee they lie to you and they will not help you if there is a problem. They show favouritism and everyone has been quitting for this reason. There also is no opportunity for growth.

I currently work at Maclean engineering I have been employed by Maclean engineering for 4 years now.I have changed roles with the company in a good way I really like the new role I have.Gives me great sense of purposeThe company is very good to work for. Great benefits lots of perks. Lunches BBQS in the summer we get competitive wage increases every year. Great management and staff.
