I made a switch from Virgin Mobile to Bell recently. And Bell is way better. The staff at Guildford were friendly and helpful, especially Ranjesh who helped me make the change. Connectionwise, I got what I paid for along with some pretty decent discounts - I went for a byod package.

Very thankful for the employee named Ashish. We’ve been going back and forth for days trying to return a phone. It took a while but he took the time to call costumer service and figure out the issue. He was really really patient and nice. I really appreciated him! Extremely good costumer service! Thank you again for all your help!

I've been with Telus for 15 years. Basically, ever since I was a teenager. I went in to the Guildford Telus to get a new phone and was met with a rude representative who told me verbatim I had a terrible plan". He laughed at me when I asked why they never offered me something better when my contract ended and said that "Telus would never offer you a better contract

Super satisfied with the service we received from Carl and Randy. They were very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. They explained the plans well and we were able to get the best deal. Would definitely recommend friends to check out Bell here at Guildford Town Centre and look for Carl and Randy.
