The Boozy Barbell

The Boozy Barbell is the best thing to happen to my neighbourhood in a minute. It’s a fantastic gym that feels like family. They’ve single-handedly built me back up nutritionally, physically, & mentally post-pandemic. They throw amazing community events, support athletes throughout the city, give to charity, and have the best personalities. Love this place. Couldn’t imagine being a part of any other gym.

The boozy barbell saved my life! It’s an amazing atmosphere of encouragement and positivity ! Not only has my physical health changed but my mental health has also changed for the better. Hands down, no contest, boozy barbell is best gym membership I have ever had. HIGHLY recommend !

This is the best gym you can possibly imagine! You’ve got top-notch trainers, along with a fun environment. Not only that, you get a full delicious meal, and a protein shake with your training session. Plus you get a haircut once a month with the fantastic in-house barber. Plus play pool, football and a drink from the bar. This place cannot be beat!

Great atmosphere and great people! I’ve been to many gyms the last 20 years and this is by far the best in terms of attention given to the clients. Robbie has been training me and he’s been fantastic… very knowledgeable, personable, and tailors my workout to help achieve my goals.

Dan & keen run our Windsor rugby club's off season training sessions and they always bring the heat! Great workouts and always a chill atmosphere to socialize with the team afterwards. Highly recommend for your personal or group training needs!

Amazing gym! Been training there for quite some time now and noticed results within the first 2 months of being trained. Clean place, fun and happy environment, and lots of motivation, Robbie, my personal trainer, works VERY well with my busy schedule and I Strongly recommend Boozy to ALL my friends and family. The shakes are amazing and the meal prep they offer is so tasty. Very affordable price for what you’re getting. Love you guys!. <3

Been working out at this place for the past few weeks and my experience has been amazing so far. Robbie is an amazing trainer and pushes me to do my best. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for an excellent gym with amazing people.
