The Krav Maga class has completely transformed my teenage daughter into a strong, confident and empowered individual! The instructors are amazing, respectful and motivating and really foster a sense of family and comradery. We look forward to every class! Would highly recommend!!

I have been attending the fitness classes now for nearly a year, since covid has stopped and we have been allowed to get back to the gym. I must say the fitness classes are very good. the instructors are caring, patient and really there to help you do your best at each workout. The fitness classes at Wood's Martial Arts, I love the most are kickboxing, you feels the burn as the instructors say, and you will get results.

I don't recommend this place at all. I made a membership in women fitness class ane after a short period I signed the contract, they change the place of class to very small room shared with krav mag teen class, so the place becomes very small to our number and no privacy for ladies. I emailed Terase when I made the membership and she was repling very fast but when I emailed her with problem, she did not even reply to one email or a call ( which she promised many times to solve and she did not and at the same time she take the money from my bank account)

We have had our 6 year old son in the little champions program for over a year now, and have had a great experience so far. He has gained confidence, he is happy and energized after each class. Mr Wu is a fantastic instructor as well as Mr B. Before we joined we visited two other martial arts facilities and ultimately decided on Wood's, best decision for our son. Looking forward to seeing what the next year of classes will bring, and positive changes for our son.

Easy to find. Great atmosphere. Clean and organized space. Instruction is welcoming and inclusive. Consistent encouragement.

The owner/instructors were great with me right from when I joined until the moment I had to cancel my policy early due to a combination of spending most of the week away from Hamilton and having to work regular evenings.The instructors are excellent and make the experience fun but challenging as well. They encourage you to push yourself, but never push you beyond your limits. The facilities are clean and well maintained and the equipment is high quality. Beginner friendly.It is quite expensive, but I would say that this is due to the quality of service.

My 4 year old loves attending his weekly Karate classes. Mr. Wu and his team do an amazing job with the kids!

Although at first we thought it was expensive (we went for a Birthday package), it was worth every penny! The kids were totally engaged in the activities so all we had to do was watch. The instructor even entertained the kids and parents while they were eating their pizza! All the loot bags were organized and printed with tags that were personalized and each kid was also given some free karate lessons. Plates, napkins, everything was there. All we had to do was bring a cake. It was quiet, we were the only ones there, and all the kids had a super time. Highly recommend it! Worth the extra money, and you can have up to 17 kids including birthday kid(s), and it's all inclusive. Not a place to go if you have very few kids coming, unless the price can be negotiated. One suggestion: the party is only 1 1/2 hours. It really should be 2, because at the end we did feel a bit rushed. Overall, highly recommend it!

Great place to get fit at and to also learn something new. The staff are friendly and there to help.

The customer service is appalling.First of all, I messaged management. Then Ms Wood transferred me to finance. And apparently finance is stating they sent me an e-mail and honestly I received nothing.I've waited for hours for any responses from both management and finance. And still am waiting. To hear if I will be refunded for the unauthorized payment that was taken out of my account. Apparently I need to give a 30 days notice to cancel my account even though the person in finance stated my son's account was closed. I wasn't aware I had to give that 30 days notice. The contract was not given in full detail by any of the staff. For a business to operate like this in times like this with a pandemic is highly unprofessional and absolutely disgusting.
