Great experience again at jump..ca in Lawson Heights Mall again. Have been going here for years. Soham was helpful and informative. The other staff were calm and helpful with the other customers(there were some that weren’t very friendly).

The fellow who assisted me with a choice of a new phone was both knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a couple of options, mentioned the positives and negatives of each in light of what I said I typically did and then ensured the transition was easy.

Anthony at Jump in Lawson provided the best customer service i have ever experienced with Jump! He was accommodating, informative and a pleasure to deal with! He got me set up with a beautiful iphone 14, he set my phone up perfectly! All my apps, passwords, even my screensaver! Not only did he go above and beyond setting up my phone he went above and beyond with my trade in and getting my bill all straightened out! Great job Anthony and thank you so much!

Was originally with a different provider and ready for an upgrade. The other provider was pushy and offering plans I didn’t want. I walked across the mall to Sasktel to see what they had to offer. Nathan was fantastic!! Not pushy, answered alllll my questions about different plans / different phones. We will be back to Sasktel to upgrade & loyal customers thanks to his laid back, non pushy, helpful sales personality!
