I have been going to Holly for over 3 years now, and she is easily the best acupuncturist I have ever met. She is an incredible listener, and she always takes the time to really understand what is going on with my body and my pain. She has been instrumental in helping me manage my chronic pain, and I am so grateful to have found her. Her treatments are always incredibly effective, and I always leave her office feeling better than when I came in. If you are looking for an acupuncturist, I highly recommend Holly - she is simply the best.

Love love LOVE going to see Holly for acupuncture. My line of work causes a lot of pain in my hands and arms, so I go once a month to keep it at bay. Holly is very kind and knowledgable. Every time I leave, I feel incredibly relaxed and refreshed! :) I plan to check out more of their services in the near future!

High Park Acupuncture is a warm, friendly and truly amazing clinic.As an active 40 something, I’ve had issues with frozen shoulder, back spasms, knee and leg problems, locked neck… you name it.Holly can fix it all.The service is top notch, the parking is free and plentiful, the clinic is a cozy and calm environment and to top it all off, you’ll end up laughing the entire time you get treatment.

I've been going to acupuncture with Holly for couple of months now. The space itself is welcoming and peaceful. Holly is amazing! Friendly and professional at the same time. I have been coming to high park acupuncture for a few months now and have recieved treatment from Holly, Jessica and Heather for headaches. They are all very great. I have seen a great improvement in the frequency, intensity and severity of the headhaches i have been getting. I highly recommend coming here for your chronic pain. Environment is very clean and relaxing as well.Will definelty be coming here until i don't need to anymore. :)

Holly is an exceptional Chinese Medicine Doctor. I've gone to Holly for both stress related and female hormonal issues (requiring both acupuncture & cupping!) She has been able to tackle each one of my issues with deep knowledge and I've noticed the results shortly after each visit. The clinic is such a peaceful sanctuary & Holly is a wealth of information. I learn something new with each appointment. Holly truly approaches health holistically - body, mind, soul and cares so so deeply about her patients. Holly's integrated approach (rooted in deep technical knowledge) is an example of what more medical professionals need to adopt in order to optimally support their patients. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Holly has a true, unique talent for acupuncture, massage, cupping and taking care of your overall well-being. I walked into her beautiful space in serious pain and walked out after a wonderful hour with relief that I would be able to sleep that night. I have had some experience with dry-needling and acupuncture before, which has given me anxiety in the past, but upon finding Holly I have had nothing to worry about! I feel extremely at ease, relaxed and have loved the benefits of her treatments.Holly is a warm, caring person with the best laugh ever! Thank you so much for taking the best care of me and always following up to make sure I’m feeling better, which I always am. I can’t wait for our next session.

Been going to see Holly since 2019 and am a loyal customer. Her acupuncture and cupping sessions are rejuvenating and you really do feel the effects right away. She is kind, professional and friendly, would highly recommend her. Nice location as well!
