I was paying for 2 stethoscopes at the cash today, and one came up at $9.99 and the other at $8.99. The cashier asked another employee to grab another $8.99 one for me and when she came back she said there weren't any at that price. They were mismarked and to ring up $9.99 each. I said no, it was marked $8.99. The girl then said, Then you don't get them

Absolute fave spot for Halloween decor. I go multiple times every year and cant leave empty handed. Highlights are all the displays to showcase their animatronics and the best selection of costumes and special effects makeup*edit**update*Disappointed with the way I was treated by one particular cashier tonight. We took the kids to get their costumes finally finished up. When trying on one of the costumes we noticed a tear/hole in the costume. Being it was the last one of that particular costume, the girl working the fitting room told us to let the cashier know about the damage and they would offer a discount if we still wanted that costume. At the check out I let the cashier know that we were told to let her know about the damage. You would have thought I was asking for a lung. She immediately told me she can't do anything and I would have to wait for a manager. I was fine with that. Then she gave me attitude when she was asking me where the damage was without even taking it out to see. When she finally did take it out she spoke to me as if I was making it up. When she finally saw the hole she just said you have to wait for a manager". When the manager came she made it seem like I was just hunting for a discount. Fortunately the manager was helpful and did offer a discount due to the damage. - - I have worked in the retail and customer service industry for a long time. I totally understand what it's like to have a line up on a really busy night and have a customer with an issue that needs to be addressed. However

Well this store was a ton of fun!! Hard to get my kids to leave. Costume selection is great for Adults and Kids. Lots of interactive characters set up in the middle of the store. There is even a mini haunted house. My daughters loved the store and at one point shouted This is amazing!" They also have music playing

This seasonal Halloween shop is fantastic, although it's a little pricey, they have some amazing props you won't find anywhere else. There are tons of costumes and accessories that are well organized to make shopping easy. There is lots of free parking, a must stop for Halloween.

Not a large enough selection for plus size people. I got over charged for a costume by $7.00 was given no receipt by the time I realized it I was already home. I tried to call the store but got nothing but a repeated automated machine and couldn't get a hold of anyone and I thought the cashier was rude when i didn't want to donate to mc Master. Watch you don't get over charged.

Nice stuff to see as you walked around. I'm a Star Wars fan so I always check out the small selection of Star Wars costumes. This place is only open one month of the year which is October.

Today I had the Worst experience in this store. I came in to buy costumes for two of my kids (not cheap by the way) we grabbed what they wanted and walked out.When we got to our car, I took a second glance at what we had purchased and noticed that I got the wrong sizes ( my fault obviously) so I immediately got out with my kids and stood in the long line again to come in and try to get the correct sizes.As I was standing in the line, an employee that helped me when I was inside came out, I approached him and explained my mistake to which very willingly he said that he didn't see a problem in getting the right sizes, but nevertheless he would speak to the manager on my behalf. The manager came out, saw me stranding in line and didn't say a word about my inquiry ( The employee had already explained to her the situation) I came in to the store and explained to her again that less than half an hour before I had bought the costumes and needed to PLEASE" get the correct sizes.. Sadly and to my surprise the acted in the most rude

A great selection of items - with more on the way! This is a great location for Spirit Halloween. It’s a big & open store with lots of room for merchandise. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of home decor they had here from franchises like Hocus Pocus, Nightmare Before Christmas, etc. and of course they’ve got all the relevant costumes for all ages!
