Red Lobster
Okay, I know ordering a steak at a seafood restaurant is a gamble but this just isn’t medium well. Food and drinks were good otherwise. The service was just okay. We were ready to order before we even had our drink orders taken and then had to ask for additional biscuits when we could finally flag down our waitress.

Very yummy, as always. I had the shrimp tacos, and Mom had the lobster tail duo. I didn't know that different lobsters tasted different (Atlantic vs. Rock), but I can say I now know they do, and the next time I have lobster, I'll enjoy it even more! The tables had cool iPad type things on them that had games and other things on them and was where the waitress took our order. Our waitress was a sweetheart and very knowledgeable about the food and drink menu.

Experience...Not good. Had to wait for an hour before food was served. Ordered medium rare steak, got a well-done one instead (see picture), lacked flavor too! The lady who attended to us apologized for the delay in serving our food which was good, but then said initially that the bill will be on the house because of the delay as per the manager, only to return and say that it wasn't and a discount will be given instead. Proper communication needs to be better. Lobster tasted great though esp the sauce, I have to give credit to that. I like the ambiance of the place. But overall, not a very good dine-in experience.

It was typical of other previous visits.I suspect that the experience is pretty much similar to other Red Lobster Restaurants.It used to be a treat to save up and go to Red Lobster ... as it was a real high end experience.Heated butter dishes, a complete condiment tray for your baked potato, embellishments that came with a meal that weren't an extra, a lunch menu that included a reasonably priced Captain's catch" .. that didn't break the bank!It still is nice to go to Red Lobster .. every so often. But

Saturday night 6pm and we were shown to a booth right away. This was all you eat shrimp extravaganza so no waiting was appreciated. The booths are a tight fit but clean. The wait to order was short and the food came out fast and hot. Our server Serg, was friendly and helpful, extra helpings were offered and at the table before we had finished our previous setting. Would go again

I was actually surprised at how good the food was. We had the Lobster artichoke dip to start, which was a very tasty appetizer for two. I had a cesar salad, which was just Ok. We each had the 1/2 order of New Orleans salmon, which was quite flavorful with Cajon spices topped with baby shrimp and a side of green beans. The only thing I didn't like was all of the calories listed on the menu as that deterred me from what I would have got vs. what I did end up getting.
