Matt helped us during Christmas time to find a replacement part for my daughter's chandelier. He knows very well his products. He was able to find the lamp shades for us right away. He was very professional, nice and polite. I will definitively recommand that place.

Great customer services and great selections on light fixtures. We finally found a light we both like after months of searching.We bought a light fixture and some G9 light bulbs in September 2018. Then, 3 of the 6 G9 light bulbs all died within a week after 4.5 months. I went to the store looking for some new bulbs and I was told I can get free replacement. I was happy to learn they're still under warranty and I was even happier when I learn their warranty is 5 years!I'll definitely recommend this store to others!

The customer service at this location is phenomenal. Staff are always pleasant and ready to assist, even when busy with other customers.They have a decent sized inventory for different lighting styles (e.g. crystal pieces, brass, copper, black iron, modern/minimalistic, and so forth).The only issue are their prices as I found comparable prices at my local hardware store for 25-50% less of the price!

Excellent customer service! Very pleased with lovely chandelier and fans I bought on sale. Fans have been great for the hot humid weather. One of the 6 fans was not working properly and Multiluminaire offered to contact manufacturer and replace or refund.

Amazing staff and service. Purchased one of their fixtures last fall and recently broke one of the glass enclosures. Not only did they find the right fixture they replaced the glass free of charge.also showed my youngest the colouring book table keeping him happy and busy. Very highly recommended.
