I trusted this store because it was located in UPS. I took my PR photo here, waited three months for my PR card application. THEN IT WAS REJECTED BECAUSE THE PHOTO DID NOT MEET SPECIFICATION. There were obvious flash reflections on my face. The staff obviously did not know the photo requirement but pretend to know it. Otherwise how could my photos be rejected? It is not the money that angries me, but the time it takes and the irresponsibility of the staff. I wasted three months because of it. I will never go to pro passport photo again !!
