I didn’t have a trusting relationship with the FFUN group (different dealer) from previous experiences, and was very apprehensive about buying here. However, I worked with Amani who took the time to thoroughly listen to my needs and concerns. Despite the car I had hoped for being unavailable, Amani was able to get me into a much better car at a very fair deal. Due to his willingness to listen, Amani was able to advocate for my needs to his manager. This made both the trade-in and buying process a smooth, painless experience. 5/5 stars to Amani, and I 10/10 recommend him!

Extremely Disappointed with Hyundai's Pathetic Service: AC Malfunction and Unavailability of Parts - Brand New Hyundai Santafe Ultimate Calligraphy 2023I am compelled to write this review to express my utter disappointment with the deplorable service I received from Hyundai regarding the malfunctioning air conditioning system in my car. It is with great frustration that I share my experience, hoping to caution others who may consider Hyundai as their choice.When I purchased my Hyundai vehicle, I expected a reliable product backed by a reputable company. However, my experience with the after-sales service department has been nothing short of a nightmare. After noticing that my car's air conditioning was not functioning properly, I promptly contacted the authorized service center to have the issue resolved.To my dismay, the service center staff seemed ill-equipped to handle my complaint. Their lack of professionalism and empathy was evident from the very beginning. Instead of offering a prompt solution or providing a reasonable explanation for the issue, I was met with excuses and a complete disregard for my concerns.To make matters worse, the service center informed me that the necessary parts to repair my car's AC were not available. How can a company as renowned as Hyundai fail to stock essential parts for their vehicles? It is unacceptable that a customer is left stranded without a working air conditioning system due to the unavailability of basic components. This level of unpreparedness reflects poorly on Hyundai's commitment to customer satisfaction and raises serious questions about their reliability as an automaker.Moreover, the lack of communication throughout the entire process was disheartening. Promised timelines were repeatedly extended without any valid reasons, leaving me in a state of perpetual uncertainty. The lack of transparency and accountability from Hyundai regarding the delay in obtaining the necessary parts only added to my frustration.As a customer, I have invested significant time, money, and trust in Hyundai, expecting a reliable product and efficient after-sales service. Unfortunately, my experience has shattered those expectations, and I feel utterly let down by the company.I strongly urge prospective car buyers to think twice before considering Hyundai as their vehicle of choice. The substandard service, coupled with the unavailability of parts, indicates a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Such negligence and disregard for customers' concerns are simply unacceptable.Hyundai must take immediate action to rectify this situation, improve their service standards, and ensure that they have the necessary parts readily available to meet their customers' needs. Until then, I regretfully advise against choosing Hyundai as a dependable option.I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for Hyundai, urging them to prioritize customer satisfaction and address the issues that have tarnished their reputation.Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars)

My brand new Tucson broke down while I was driving through Saskatoon & I had it towed to this dealer. The dealership was closed (Sunday), but I was there first thing Monday morning to get it figured out. The extremely agitated & hyperactive service person told me they couldn’t look at my vehicle as they were booked solid. I told them (again) I was just driving through & didn’t live in the city…I had gotten a hotel room near by as the breakdown had happened on a Sunday, but really needed to be on my way. I totally get that they’re busy, but isn’t there emergency service protocol in place for this kind of situation? He said, “maybe after lunch…” & then told me there would be a diagnostic charge of $165. The car is literally brand new! I said it should be under warranty, but he said, “not necessarily….there might be a mouse nest in the wiring & that isn’t our fault!”. *face-palm!*. It’s late afternoon & still the car sits there. Really disappointed in the level of service & compassion for the situation.
