Had an amazing experience in this store! It was my first time shopping there, and everyone was so helpful and lovely, and knowledgeable about the product. They helped me navigate what I was looking for with ease and I ended up leaving with peppermint halo and stress release and will definitely be returning again!

Not impressed at all with the service I received today. I bought the Aroma Breeze diffuser and when I got it home and plugged it in, it stopped working. The power would light up and then shut off. I brought it back to Saje today to get a new one because obviously the one I bought was defective. The lady with short dark hair and glasses in the store refused to give me a new one and was quite rude about it. I am visiting from Ontario and am so unimpressed I am just going to return the diffuser altogether and be done with it. Not impressed. If I could give a negative rating I would.

This store has a questionable return policy, which is that it doesn't exist. They will only take a unit back and inspect it" and try to fix it

Super bossy, pushing and overbearing blonde woman working there, probably the manager. She acts superior with the other staff and mistreats customers by speaking to us like we’re children. She could transit her message politely rather than acting so self-important, and it would be much better received. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years and can now guarantee I will never come back.

Very poor customer service, tried to return a unit within 14 days of usage. ensure you read the fine print as units are not able to be returned even if it’s within. 30days notice.This was not explained at point of purchase and in this day and age it would seem a standard practice to return within 30days notice.I was essentially met with the service of “oh sorry that wasn’t explained to you but there’s nothing we can do” (within 14days of usage) this is very unacceptable customer service in my eyes…Be careful making your purchase because once your out the door and they have made a transaction they don’t seem to care much beyond that point.

Emma at this location is an ASSET. I came in as soon as the store opened for a diffuser oil and she offered to have me try a peppermint roll on to help gently wake up for the day." Needless to say I also bought a bottle of Peppermint Halo. She was friendly

Would HIGHLY recommend this place. Seriously, this place is the best! Sure, it's a bit pricey but their customer service is the best. Seriously the best. The store manager assisted us with a diffuser I've had for a few months that malfunctioned. Not only did she take the time to diagnose it but when she fixed it, she showed us how to fix it in the future if oil builds up on the discs in the water chamber so that we didn't have to bring it back in. She even gave us an extra disc for our other diffuser at home. She was awesome and a true example of going the extra mile. Thanks for everything!

Honestly best store. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Best prices for anaZing products. Honestly I recommend Saje to everyone I know. Last night Alexis and another girl (sorry I didn't catch her name) were so honest and real with me and made my experience that much better!
