It is a beautiful store, bright, clean. lots of the price are quite pricey and the 50 % off you still have to pay lots. But they do have some really good sale on the wall. Over all I feel they can cut the cost per meter down.

Customer service is non existent and staff are unwelcoming. I felt judged and dismissed by the older women at the cash desk. It's always the same women too. No one would help me, again...so yet again, I left empty handed. Won't be back. Too bad, because the store itself is lovely.

Nice fabric store located in Hart area. Very large with lots of space for product. Polite, friendly and helpful staff as well as reasonable prices.

My mother and father were in the Prince George, BC store and witnessed Carol the manager (if you could call her that) treating her employee in a completely humiliating way. She belittled and talked down to this employee infront of my parents and a bunch of other customers. My parents...who spend a lot of money here put their fabric down and walked out they were so disgusted. What appalling behavior from a 'manager'. NO employee should be treated with such disrespect. Head office will also be called.

I went in for one of my first projects and the ladies there went above and beyond, super friendly and extremely helpful. The sales they also had on were incredible and I ended up taking more than I intended because the sale prices were so cheap. Looking forward to my future projects and getting to work on the dress I picked out!

I'm actually kinda excited I checked this place out, it's an awesome place to get fabric for photography backdrops, which isn't what most would utilize this store for. But everytime I go in, the staff has always been super friendly and helpful!
