Welcoming environment upon check-in. If not staying at the hotel, will validate parking for you. Professional and accommodating staff. Booked a couples massage and the room was on a different floor, took the elevator there partially through a guest occupied area of the hotel. Nice facilities to use following spa treatment (sauna, hot tub, pool, workout room).

Front desk service was phenomenal. I had a body wrap, mini facial and massage treatment and it was very good. The therapist had great technique.My only comment is the change room is a bit small and feels like an awkward place to change.

My husband's experience was great, mine however felt as though I'd personally angered the masseuse. She was very abrupt and abrasive with my body, my skin hurts on my head from her tugging at my temples. The hand massage was the opposite, I barely felt a thing, there was no pressure. My legs hurt from her pinching my skin. The wrap was rushed the scrub was very fast. I felt as though I couldn't say anything as she seemed like she was just trying to get through the experience as fast as possible and didn't have any time for me. I have had massages before and know what it's supposed to feel like. It felt awkward at the desk when asked how it was as she was right there. This was a painful experience and was not worth the money we spent. I did compare with my husband who felt like he had a better experience so I feel like it's up to who you get.

For a first time spa visitor, the experience was great! Me and a girlfriend got massages and facials. The massages were pretty good but if you want a specific gender make sure you specify because they didn't ask on the phone (also would've been nice if they ask how the pressure is during the massage). They also ask if you have any skin concerns for the facial, but even then it felt like a generic facial, the girl didn't concentrate too much on my problem areas. But the facials felt great! And you're permitted to use the pool and hot tub afterwards so bring a swimsuit, the facility is very nice. Waiting room was warm and quaint, very pretty. Change room is okay - it's a large area with one bathroom stall and one shower stall - would be nice to have multiple stalls or rooms inside the change room so more than one person can change at a time. But they have lockers with keys, and complimentary toiletries like shower caps, razors, mouthwash etc. Overall great spa, we loved it!

This is a mixed review as my daughter and I both visited the Spa for pedicures and I had a good experience but she did not.My experience was great, the esthetician that I had took her time and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I would highly recommend her.However, my daughter did not receive the same experience which is disappointing. Her appointment was rushed and the time was not taken to provide her a relaxing experience (i.e. the scrub was rushed, the warm cloth wrap was rushed) . The esthetician also burnt my daughters toe on the LED lamp as she was leaning on it while painting polish on her other foot. I did not realize that this happened during the appointment as my daughter did not tell me until afterward. But, I did keep hearing her say repeatedly to my daughter to relax and now I know why she was saying that as she knew she burnt my daughters toe.I would expect better service especially for the price you are paying for the appointment.

Every time I'm in Banff I always come here for dinner or lunch. The view is amazing at the restaurant. If you're there when the tables are set on the balcony I highly recommend that area to sit.The food is always perfect. Drinks are amazing especially their homemade lemonade is 100% perfect.I must say don't forget to order their desserts. They are really delicious.Price wise this is much better than any other 5 star dining. Can't compare the food quality,price and view to anywhere else in the area.The pastry store also sells really nice deserts other than the restaurant's.

I would highly recommend the therapeutic massage. The staff were extremely professional and sensitive to my requirements. Harri was excellent and made me feel very comfortable during the massage. Definitely worth a trip if you fancy a relaxing afternoon.

Our spa & pool experience was great. The facilities are clean and modern and the staff are professional and accommodating. We thought of try out another spa but came back to the Rimrock for a second time because of how great our experience was the first time. Our second visit lived up to the first. We will definitely be back again and again.

Excellent experience! I am a massage therapist myself and have quite high standards, and I was not disspointed. My massage therapist, Ian, was very terrific! The entire experience was terrific.

I visited the spa with a friend and tried the hot stone massage. My massage treatment was great, although the therapist did not spend long using the stones. I guess it was more of an add-on than a full hot stone massage. Otherwise it was wonderful, I felt so relaxed afterwards!
