Capilano Animal Clinic

All of the staff are so friendly and caring ! My little guy needs dental surgery and cleaning but he’s in good hands with Dr. Harris . He was so great with my little guy . Very pleased with the service of this clinic and highly recommend it to anyone

The clinic is great, the staff in the front and doctors(well the doctor I met) were great and welcomingI went in with my sister for her cat nallah, the doctor helped with him and we went on our way.

do not have enough space to let everyone know how wonderful this Animal Clinic is! My cat Henry was a rescue from the Edmonton Humane Society who should not have been adopted out. However, i did get him and i brought him to the clinic and boy, he was one sick kitty! The whole team spent a total of 9 days working with him, trying to heal him with everything they had, short of a blood transfusion, which they offered to do for no charge because they all, and i mean ALL felt so bad for this little guy. We did not do the transfusion but rather felt that he had been put through enough and i made the decision to put him to rest. The team backed me up on this . I have honestly never dealt with a more caring and trustworthy Vet team. I know when i get another animal, i will be taking him/ her to see their new family at Capilano Animal clinic. Was looking for a vet clinic as we have recently moved and then my pup had a medical emergency. Called Capilano Animal Clinic in a panic and they were able to fit me in 30 minutes later. They were so kind to my old boy and I sincerely appreciated how they made time for us, even though I hadn’t been a prior client. We’ve definitely found our new vet clinic!!!

Everyone who works here from the from desk, to the nurses, to the vets, are the most compassionate animal lovers in the city!! I’ve been to other vets and I never want to go anywhere else. Not only are they great with my two kitties, they have great people skills as well and help me feel more knowledgeable about how to help my babies feel better.

For all of you who read this, I hope this makes you want to give this clinic a try. As this clinic is under new ownership there is new veterinarians, technicians and assistants. Each one of these doctors have something amazing to offer and bring something different to the table forming the best team. Dr. Kaylee is so widely knowledgeable in felines and has the biggest heart for them. She also sees dogs as well and is very good with them! Dr. Meger and Dr. Harris have been in the game for a long time, they are so experienced and have seen a million different cases from over the years. If anyone can figure out what’s going on with your pet it’s definitely these 3. You would not go wrong with seeing either one of these doctors. Shawna-Lee, Melina, Jessica, and sometimes Meaghan (as she is the manager as well/tech) are the most helpful, caring nurses your pets could ever have. They are all so full of knowledge and so willing to share that with anyone in need. Always free to ask them anything, they’ll always do their best to make your hard times easier! From receptionists to techs to veterinarians - you cannot go wrong, this clinic is the place to be at - especially when your pets need it most!

We've always brought our dog and cat here since the day we adopted them, and we've always been delighted with the prior vets' care. Today was our first meeting with the clinic's new proprietors, and I'm happy to report that the service has not deteriorated. Our veterinarian is experienced, smart, and caring, and the reception staff is incredibly sweet, helpful and polite. We were able to get our pup diagnosed, and we will continue to bring our pets here!

Wow, what a fantastic clinic! Dr. Harris really took the time with our cat for her first check up and travel med appt there, even though he knew we were moving and wouldn't be long term patients. She had a easy breezy flight to Ontario, thank you so much!
