Richcon Construction is just finishing off a total inside/out home Renovation on our 1970’s vintage home. We are thrilled with the progress and quality of workmanship. All trades who have been on our property are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and are practicing social distancing on our worksite. The trades have been coming and going as scheduled in a timely and seamless manner. The job site is clean and tidy after each day and they are very mindful of our neighbours. Rich and his team were reliable, professional and most importantly did a great job with both our interior and our backyard patio reno. I hired Rich as a referral from Isabey Interiors, he was awesome! He helped facilitate the renovation of my 886 sqft condo in the herons, we fully renovated it almost down to studs. He finished everything ahead of schedule, was very responsive, and is able to hire out subs or do some of the work himself to save me money which I loved. Was super strict on quality and sent pictures weekly as I live out of town.I am an interior designer in the states and was super nervous about which contractor to hire since I live out of the country from where the work was being performed but I was really impressed. We asked Rich to build a wooden and metal gate using images we’d found on Pinterest. In terms of quality and craftsmanship the gate he built surpassed our expectations. And the hardware he chose really complements the overall design. Would highly recommend Richcon Construction.
