Big line of people, one cashier is open and another closed and workers are hanging around talking. Needed to open a new file there to buy a $4 hooks. It was never like that before. I consider not to visit this shop any more.

They were unnecessarily busy. We waited about 10 mins for the staff's gossip to finish to get help. At the end we didn't even find what we went for.
