Nice place with great customer service. Not busy like some other door and molding stores where you have to wait in line for your turn. Competitive prices and up to date inventory. Mandhir Singh is always helpful and welcoming.

Not a good people to deal there face is so nice in beginning suddenly changing behaviour when issues come they supply me garbage doors and no response to fixing things I will report to better business if any one has disputes with them please help by supporting me in court thank

Purchased doors and was told all door quantities were in stock. They ended up being delayed for over three weeks, which held up our project and guaranteed that we would never shop there again as we were constantly lied to.

I used A-Star Doors for my reno, I received excellent customer service starting from the sales person who came to my house, to the wonderful manager and front desk staff. They dealt with my order efficiently and on time. They even came out twice to my house to re-measure due to some minor changes that I made. Nonetheless, I don't normally write reviews but did want to share my experience and thank A-1 Star for their wonderful service.

Absolutely terrible service. They made me wait for an hour to talk to someone, front desk lady had a massive ego, the warehouse workers loudly cuss and swear. I had my kid with me and they were indifferent. They didn’t fix the problems and the quality of their products was terrible. I went there last week and went to a different place right after.

Update: A-Star Doors & Mouldings suggests this is installation issue, but doors stopped closing months after installation. They were fine originally, but now deformed because material you have used was not dry enough.A-Star Doors & Mouldings was a door supplier for our new house development. After just several months, some doors stopped closing due to material deformation - door were not properly dried. A-Star has rejected any quality concerns and completely ignored all requests to fulfill their manufacturer warranty obligations. I can NOT recommend this supplier for your projects.

I want to speak to the manager!!!My experience was absolutely outstanding.I was dealing with Harjot who was very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.The door I ordered had to be customized to fit a dog door. It was done in less than 1 hour.I am impressed and would recommend this business.
