Excellent Service and everything I do not know why they have lows on reviews but I genuinely say they are very much cooperative and the Guy Jakob there helped me a lot and found the best suitable plan for me and Also Helped me to get the New 14 Pro.

I recently had an amazing experience at the Rogers/Fido store. Despite the low reviews, I found the service to be exceptional. I had lost my sim card and was in a bit of trouble due to some miscommunication with customer care chat. However, Jacob was incredibly friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly. He was very straightforward and made the process of getting a new sim card as simple as possible. I cannot thank him enough for his help. If I could, I would give him 10 stars out of 5! Thanks a lot big brother!!!
